I ordered my Rancher (with loft) model cabin back in March 2022 and was told delivery was projected out to the fall of 2024. A stock model became available a month ago, so I was able to get it a year ahead of schedule. It was delivered last week and I could not be happier.

We ordered one of these cabins for our campground in Dec 2020. It arrived in July 2021 and was set in place in about 15 minutes. We hooked up the water and electric, and before we could even build stairs, many of our campers wanted to walk through it. We started taking reservations that first day, and there were people in it every weekend after the steps were built. We bought another one in 2022, and it has been full every weekend since it was delivered. The quality of these cabins is great! The fit and finish is first rate. The folks that work at Lancaster are all very helpful! I have even had several email conversations with the owner of the company. How many companies are like that? We will surely be buying more of these cabins soon!
