Camping Cabins

Our camping cabins are preassembled and portable. They are more spacious than the average tiny home but smaller than a mobile or trailer home. Because they are built on trailers, they are a max of 400 square feet, not including a loft and/or porch.

• The Construction

All of Lancaster Log Cabin’s builds are turn-key projects. All you need to do is hook up water and sewer, and your cabin is ready to go! If you’re worried about the cost or inconvenience of furnishing your camping cabin, never fear. Included in the price of our cabins are beautiful, handcrafted furniture (e.g., table and stools, beds, a futon) and all of the kitchen appliances. 

Our cabins don’t require a lot of site preparation. All that is needed is a concrete or stone pad and electricity and water/sewer hookups. 

• The Materials 

LLC’s cabins are built with 100% solid log timber. Unlike the stereotype that (rightfully) surrounds prefabricated cabins, these cabins can last 50+ years and require little maintenance. Additionally, because these camping cabins are built with solid wood and designed efficiently, they don’t depreciate like other prefab cabins.

• The Space and Asththeic  

Designed with Eastern White Pine, LLC’s camping cabins possess a beautiful, rustic aesthetic inside and out. Not only does this create a warm, cozy interior for you to enjoy, but it also adds to the overall visual appeal of your property.

Our cabins are designed to be an efficient yet open layout. Some of our cabins can sleep up to ten people!

• The Maintenance  

As we mentioned earlier, our cabins don’t require a lot of maintenance, even in the winter. Since all water lines are on the inside of the home, no winterization is technically necessary. As long as the heat is on, there’s no need to worry about frozen water lines. However, if you’re not planning to use your camping cabin in the winter, you can easily winterize it by draining the water lines.
