Turn-key construction

All of LLC’s tiny homes on wheels are turn-key projects. Simply hook up water and sewer (like you would an RV or mobile home), and your tiny home is move-in ready! Kitchen appliances and handcrafted furniture (e.g., table and stools, beds, a futon) are included in the price of the home. Especially if you’re looking for an Airbnb or guest house, this feature helps cut back the cost of furnishing your tiny home. If you don’t need all the furniture, some of the pieces are optional.

100% solid log timber

LLC’s tiny houses on wheels are built from 100% solid Eastern White Pine. Unfortunately, many tiny houses on wheels aren’t the greatest quality and quickly decrease in value. Conversely, our homes are built to last 50+ years. They don’t require much maintenance and maintain their value well. There’s even a market for these tiny cabins second-hand!

Rustic aesthetics

The solid log construction gives the tiny home on wheels a homey, rustic aesthetic inside and out. The interiors are warm while still being airy and light because of the light-colored pine. The natural log exterior allows these tiny houses to blend with and complement their surroundings.

No permits or property taxes

Because our tiny homes are built on wheels, they are technically classed as RVs. This usually means no permits and property taxes. To be safe though, always double-check with your local municipality, as requirements can vary.

Great for winter use

Unlike cheaply made cabins, LLC’s tiny houses hold heat well because of their natural wood construction. Additionally, all water lines are on the inside, so (as long as there’s heat in the cabin) there’s no need to worry about frozen water lines this winter!
