At Lancaster Log Cabins, we build tiny homes with real logs that are of the highest quality.

We offer numerous designs and turnkey construction on each house. Our tiny houses come complete with everything you need - kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. Because of trailer restrictions, none of the floorplans can exceed 400 square feet (not including a porch and/or loft).

So what is different about a tiny home from Lancaster Log Cabins?

Let’s take a closer look!

The Build

All of LLC’s builds are turn-key projects. Hook up water and sewer, and your tiny home is ready to go! Beautiful, handmade furniture (e.g., table and stools, beds, a futon) and all appliances are included in the price of the home. There are additional, optional pieces (like a full bedroom suite) available as well if you want to go all in on the rustic aesthetic. This cuts back significantly on the cost of furnishing your tiny house and is especially helpful if you’re purchasing for a vacation home, Airbnb, or hunting cabin.

The layouts of LLC cabins are open but efficient – the best of both worlds! This allows you to host some guests comfortably. If your tiny home is going to be a hunting cabin, some models can sleep up to 10 people!

The Materials

LLC’s models are all built with 100% solid log timber. Because each build is created with solid wood and designed efficiently, these tiny homes won’t decrease in value like other prefab builds. They actually last 50+ years and require little maintenance.

We believe in the quality of our materials and will stand behind our work. Each tiny house comes with a 1-year warranty on construction and parts, along with a manufacturer's warranty on appliances and HVAC systems. We’ll even buy back the house if down the road you need to sell it. Of course, the exact buyback price will depend on the condition of the cabin.

The Asththeic

Designed with Eastern White Pine, LLC’s tiny homes are beautiful, natural, and rustic inside and out. This creates a warm, inviting aesthetic that blends with the nature outdoors.

Because of the log exterior and earth-toned roofing colors, these ting houses will complement their settings well.

The Maintenance

An LLC tiny home doesn’t require a lot of maintenance, even in the winter. Since all water lines are on the inside of the home, there’s no need to worry about pipes freezing in the winter.
