I have a Lakeview which I bought from Zook cabins but Lancaster built it and it's amazing. Love every inch of it. The craftsmanship is amazing. This cabin made it across the country to Colorado in the middle of a February storm and it's like it was built on my land. So cool and unique. They don't make them like this in Colorado as far as tiny homes go. It's plug and play as far as utilities go. Everyone loves it. Thanks Lancaster employees!

Years ago, we bought a 34 foot long cabin to act as a vacation/summer residence. My wife and I were so thrilled with this original cabin, we sold our year-round house and bought another 34 foot long cabin that we placed end-to-end and attached to the existing cabin to act as our new year-round house. With some minor insulation improvements on the interior walls and ceiling, we were able to bring our new 68 foot long cabin up to code, and are extremely happy with our new home. You will notice in the pics that both of our cabins are on full walk-out basements, and we added an enclosed porch on one of the cabins that we regularly use.

Last year, our neighbors who run a summer camp down the road were so impressed with our house, they bought a number of cabins for their campground. They too are very happy with their investment in Lancaster Log Cabins, and have already been recommending Lancaster to other venues needing a facilities upgrade.

Build your dream cabin or create a rental business! We've purchased two cabins from Lancaster Log Cabins within the last two years. Working with them to create our customized cabins was so easy. The staff was personable and so helpful when planning and buying our cabins. They answered every question we had within 24 hours making the process so enjoyable. The delivery staff was just as helpful. If there is a problem, they work to rectify it immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Call them to schedule a tour of their facility as you will be amazed with the true craftmanship that goes into each and every cabin. When you receive your cabin, it is ready for hook up to your utilities and then you can start enjoying it. Everything you see in the pictures aside from decor can be ordered to arrive with your cabin. We've built our own cabins in the past, but we can't do it in the timeframe they can. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You'll be glad you did!

Our cabin homes are built with year-round use in mind. However, zoning regulations in most townships classify them as suitable for recreational use or short-term rentals. It's important to check with your local authorities to see if full-time living is permitted.

The cost of moving a park model home depends on the distance. On average, it's around $9 per mile. For example, moving a home 200 miles from Lancaster Log Cabins would cost approximately $1,800.

With proper care and maintenance, a real log park model home can last for over 50 years.

Unlike traditional prefab or mobile homes, Lancaster Log Cabins uses real logs in construction. This gives our park model homes the same quality and durability as a true log cabin, just in a smaller size and on wheels.
