They are built on trailers for easy moving. Our all-inclusive pricing covers exquisite, handcrafted furniture and essential kitchen appliances, sparing you the worry of furnishing costs. (Some furniture is optional.)

Simply attach water and sewer hookups, and your cabin is ready for immediate use. Site preparation is simple as our cabins require only a concrete or stone pad, along with electricity and water/sewer hookups.

2 - The Materials

LLC offers durable and low-maintenance cabins and park model homes crafted from 100% solid log timber or Eastern White Pine. Unlike typical prefab cabins, LLC cabins are built to stand the test of time, lasting 50+ years with minimal upkeep. While other mobile homes depreciate quickly, our homes retain their value due to their quality construction and efficient design. Additionally, you'll enjoy the advantage of no permits or property taxes, making ownership even more convenient.

3 - The Aesthetic

Crafted from Eastern White Pine, these log cabins boast a stunning rustic aesthetic. The warm and cozy interior perfectly complements the charm of any property. Featuring an efficient and open layout, our cabins make great use of space. In fact, some designs can comfortably sleep up to ten people, ensuring ample accommodation for friends and family. 4 - The Maintenance

LLC's cabins for sale are designed to be low maintenance, even during winter. With water lines located inside the cabin, winterization is not technically required when there's sufficient heating. No worries about frozen water lines! However, if you don't plan to use the cabin in winter, drain water lines to ensure worry-free storage.
