A portable cabin is preassembled, portable living quarters built on a trailer. Though designs vary, ours come complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay - kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. Because of trailer restrictions, portable cabins cannot exceed 400 square feet (not including a porch and/or loft). These versatile, homey structures can be used as temporary or permanent housing.

Portable cabins function beautifully as

Portable cabins also come with numerous benefits.

Because they are classed as RVs, portable cabins don’t usually require permits and aren’t included in property taxes. That being said, be sure to check your local laws and codes.
If you don’t have the cash up front, portable cabins are easier to finance because you can get an RV loan to cover the cost.
Since they are built on trailers, portable cabins can be resold or moved if necessary.
