First, let’s make something clear: we are not in support of any type of tax evasion or illegal action. However, we are in support of wise financial decisions and investments that reduce the amount of taxes you need to pay.

So how do our portable houses help to reduce your taxes?

It mainly comes down to one thing:

Our portable houses are classified as park model RVs. as such, they are considered personal property rather than real estate. Unlike traditional houses or permanent structures, which are typically subject to property taxes, park model RVs are designed to be movable and may be treated as vehicles or temporary structures. Consequently, they may not be subject to property taxes.

And the deal gets even sweeter if you are using the portable houses in a campground or for tourism.

Why?

Some jurisdictions have specific exemptions or regulations in place that exclude certain types of properties, including park model RVs, from property tax obligations. These exemptions may be granted due to the temporary nature of these structures or as an incentive to promote tourism and recreational activities.
