So what sets LLC tiny log cabins apart from the competition?

The Build

All of LLC’s builds are turn-key projects. All you need to do is hook up water and sewer, and your log home is move-in ready! If decorating isn’t your forte, don’t worry! Beautiful, handmade furniture (e.g., table and stools, beds, a futon) and all appliances are included in the price of the home. There are additional, optional pieces (like a full bedroom suite) available as well. If you do like decorating, you have a beautiful base layer from which to begin!

The interior layouts of LLC cabins are open but efficient – the best of both worlds! There’s even space for guests if you like hosting.

The Materials

These tiny log homes are built with 100% solid log timber. Because LLC’s builds are created with solid wood and designed efficiently, they don’t decrease in value like other mobile homes. They also last 50+ years and require little maintenance

We stand behind our homes, offering a 1-year warranty on construction and parts, along with a manufacturer's warranty on appliances and HVAC systems. If down the road you need to sell your tiny log home, we’ll buy it back! The exact price will depend on the condition of the cabin.

Designed with Eastern White Pine, LLC’s little log homes possess a beautiful, rustic aesthetic inside and out. This creates a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can relax and feel at home.

The Maintenance

As we mentioned earlier, LLC tiny cabins don’t require a lot of maintenance, even in the winter. Since all water lines are on the inside of the home, you don’t need to worry about pipes freezing in the winter.
